摘 要:地面煤仓瓦斯控制是一项重要的煤矿安全生产管理工作,主要目的是预防瓦斯积聚,确保作业环境安全。李阳煤业选煤厂共有7类地面煤仓,作为瓦斯高突矿井,地面煤仓也要进行瓦斯超限防治。原设计各煤仓上下至少要有1台通风机连续不断运行以降低CH4体积分数,电能消耗较大。通过多次现场数据采集分析,应用甲烷传感器、 KJ73N系统、 RSLogix5000系统合并组成先进的瓦斯控制系统,对其中10台通风机进行启停设置,极大地降低了能耗及运维费用,同时保障了煤仓CH4体积分数不超标。Gas control in surface coal bunkers is an important work in coal mine safety production management,with the main purpose of preventing gas accumulation and ensuring the safety of the working environment.Coal Preparation Plant of Liyang Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.has a total of 7 types of surface coal bunkers.As a mine with high gas outburst,the surface coal bunkers also need to be prevented from exceeding gas limits.The original design required at least one fan to operate continuously above and below each coal bunker to reduce CH4 volume fraction,resulting in high electricity consumption.Through multiple on-site data collection and analysis,methane sensors,KJ73N system and RSLogix5000 system were combined to form an advanced gas interval control system.Among them,10 fans were set to start and stop,greatly reducing energy consumption and maintenance costs,while ensuring that the CH4 volume fraction in the coal bunkers did not exceed the standard.
