摘  要:长距离掘进巷道通风条件复杂、通风路线长、漏风量较大,如果始终保持单一供风量则难以实现高效通风。为此,基于变频调控、PLC(Programmable Logic Controller,可编程逻辑控制器)控制及传感器监测等技术构建1种长距离掘进巷道智能通风系统,对系统架构、智能变频调控方式及现场应用效果进行分析。工程实践表明,智能通风系统应用可实现对巷道内瓦斯体积分数、风速、温度、粉尘质量浓度等参数的实时监测,并依据现场通风需要自动调整供风量,从而实现长距离掘进巷道按需通风、通风参数监测及通风量智能调节。长距离掘进巷道应用智能通风系统,可在一定程度上提高通风效率、降低通风能耗。The ventilation conditions are complicated,the ventilation route is long and the air leakage is large in long-distance driving roadway,so it is difficult to achieve efficient ventilation if the single air supply volume is always maintained.Therefore,based on the technology of frequency conversion control,PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)control and sensor monitoring,a kind of intelligent ventilation system for long-distance driving roadway was constructed,and the architecture,intelligent frequency conversion regulation mode and field application effect of the system were analyzed.Engineering practice showed that the application of intelligent ventilation system can realize real-time monitoring of parameters such as gas volume fraction,wind speed,temperature and dust mass concentration in the roadway,and automatically adjust the air supply volume according to the field ventilation needs,so as to realize on-demand ventilation,ventilation parameter monitoring and intelligent adjustment of ventilation volume in the long-distance driving roadway.The application of intelligent ventilation system in long-distance driving roadway can improve ventilation efficiency and reduce ventilation energy consumption to a certain extent.
