摘 要:为改善压风机值守人员的工作环境,提高压风机的运行参数监控能力,并及时处理压风机异常情况,结合矿井压风机房设备及监控系统配备情况等,构建了压风机无人值守系统。通过应用PLC(Programmable Logic Controller,可编程逻辑控制器)和传感器等,实现了对压风机电源、运行等情况的实时监测及控制,使用环境监控、视频及红外检测系统等进行监控,确保在无人值守的情况下压风机依旧可以平稳运行。工程应用后,系统运行平稳,各子系统也正常联动,有效实现了压风机远程监控及无人值守的预期目标。In order to improve the working environment of the duty personnel of the pressure fan,improve the monitoring ability of the operation parameters of the pressure fan,and timely deal with the abnormal situation of the pressure fan,combined with the equipment and monitoring system of the mine pressure fan room,an unattended pressure fan system was established.Real-time monitoring and control of the power supply and operation of the pressure fan can be realized by applying PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)and sensors,and environmental monitoring,video and infrared detection systems can be used for monitoring,ensuring that the pressure fan can still run smoothly under unattended conditions.After engineering application,the system ran smoothly and all subsystems were connected normally,which effectively realized the expected goal of remote monitoring and unattended operation of the pressure fan.
