摘 要:突出煤层坚硬顶板综采工作面初采期间受采空区悬空面积大、煤层瓦斯含量高及采空区高浓度瓦斯涌出量多等因素影响,容易引起瓦斯超限,甚至诱发安全事故,因此,以6203综采工作面为工程背景,提出了以强化初采期间瓦斯抽采为核心的瓦斯治理措施。首先,适当增加了初采期间的配风量,以提高风排瓦斯能力;其次,对高位钻孔参数进行了优化,通过降低高位钻孔终孔与6#煤层顶板的距离,并增加其覆盖范围,以提高采空区瓦斯抽采效果;然后,增加了煤层钻孔的数量,并在回风顺槽布置了大直径低负压抽采管,以实现对采空区内6~12 m范围内的瓦斯抽采,强化了初采范围煤层瓦斯的抽采效果,降低了回采期间瓦斯涌出量;最后,在实际工程应用中,6203综采工作面初采期间未出现瓦斯异常涌出情况,采面各区域瓦斯体积分数均保持在安全范围内。Under the influence of factors such as large hanging area of goaf,high gas content in coal seam and high concentration gas emission in goaf,gas overlimit is easy to be caused,and even safety accidents are induced in the fully-mechanized mining face with hard roof of outburst coal seam during initial mining.Therefore,based on the engineering background of 6203 fully-mechanized mining face,gas control measures to strengthen gas extraction during initial mining were put forward.Firstly,the air distribution volume during the initial mining period was appropriately increased to improve the wind exhaust gas capacity;secondly,the parameters of the upper borehole were optimized,and the effect of gas extraction in the goaf was improved by reducing the distance between the final hole of the upper borehole and the roof of 6#coal seam,and increasing its coverage;then,the number of coal seam holes was increased,and large-diameter low-negative pressure extraction pipes were arranged in the air return trough to realize the gas extraction within the range of 6-12 m in the goaf,strengthen the coal seam gas extraction effect in the initial mining range,and reduce the gas emission during the mining period;finally,in practical engineering applications,no abnormal gas gushing occurred during the initial mining of 6203 fully-mechanized mining face,and the gas volume fraction in each area of the mining face remained within the safe range.
