摘 要:主要对选煤厂洗煤设备电机故障进行了分析。对电机故障进行了分类,包括绕组故障、轴承故障和温升问题等;对故障原因进行了深入分析,包括电机设计问题、运行条件影响和环境因素等;介绍了一些常用的故障检测方法,如振动分析、热像仪应用和电流分析等。基于此,提出了故障处理措施,包括实施预防性维护、电机升级和环境控制等。研究可以帮助选煤厂有效解决洗煤设备电机故障问题,提高设备的可靠性和生产效率。The motor faults of the coal washing equipment in the coal preparation plant was mainly analyzed.The motor faults were classified,including winding faults,bearing faults and temperature rise problems.The reasons for the faults were analyzed,including motor design problems,impact of operating conditions and environmental factors.Some common fault detection methods,such as vibration analysis,thermal imager application and current analysis,were introduced.Based on this,fault handling measures were proposed,including implementing preventive maintenance,motor upgrades,and environmental control.Research can help coal preparation plants effectively solve the problem of motor failures in coal washing equipment,improve equipment reliability and production efficiency.
