摘 要:在煤矿智能化开采的发展中,部分煤矿在多方面因素干扰下存在采煤工艺选择和设备选型等方面的不足,会限制井下矿采的效率及安全性。为此,结合A煤矿12204工作面的实际地质环境,先确定采用大采高综采工艺,然后对采煤机、液压支架、刮板输送机等主要设备进行选型配套分析。最后,提出大采高智能开采工作面生产的优化方向并验证设备选型等工作的价值。实际开采中,工作面智能开采可实现有效减员和提效,能满足矿企发展需要。In the development of intelligent coal mining,some coal mines have deficiencies in the selection of coal mining process and equipment under the interference of various factors,which will limit the efficiency and safety of underground mining.Therefore,combined with the actual geological environment of 12204 working face of A Coal Mine,the fully-mechanized mining technology for large mining height was first determined,and then the main equipment such as shearer,hydraulic support and scraper conveyor were selected and analyzed.Finally,the optimization direction of intelligent mining face production with large mining height was proposed and the value of equipment selection was verified.In the actual mining,the intelligent mining of the working face can achieve effective reduction and efficiency improvement,which can meet the development needs of mining enterprises.
