摘  要:大倾角三软煤巷掘进主要采用金属支架单一的刚性被动支护形式,支护效果较差,易发生变形。为了解决上述问题,研究一种大倾角三软煤巷动态耦合支护系统,在主支护结构中加入多个锚注时间指示装置,通过对三软煤巷进行地质力学评估,获取三软煤巷的多个原始地质力学参数,生成初始支护参数,现场设置支护系统并进行实时监测。根据动态地质力学参数和动态支护参数生成反馈信息,及时优化三软煤巷的动态地质力学参数和支护系统的动态支护参数,根据优化支护参数对支护系统中尚未设置好的部分进行修正。通过大倾角三软煤巷动态耦合支护方法及系统,得到最佳支护时间,以达到更好的支护效果。The single rigid passive support form of metal support is mainly used in the excavation of large-angle three-soft coal roadways,which has poor supporting effect and is easy to deform.In order to solve the above problems,a dynamic coupling support system for large-angle three-soft coal roadway was studied,and multiple anchor time indication devices were added to the main support structure.Through geology evaluation of the three-soft coal roadway,multiple original geology parameters of the three-soft coal roadway were obtained,initial support parameters were generated,on-site support system was set up and real-time monitoring was carried out.According to dynamic geology parameters and dynamic support parameters,feedback information was generated to optimize the dynamic geology parameters and the dynamic support parameters of the support system of the three-soft coal roadway in time,and the unset part of the support system was modified according to the optimized support parameters.Through the dynamic coupling support method and system of the large-angle three-soft coal roadway,the best supporting time was obtained and better supporting effect was achieved.
