摘  要:九鑫煤业2105工作面为松软煤层,煤层透气性差,瓦斯抽采钻孔封口困难,钻孔后期漏气严重。针对这一情况,研制了“封堵一体化”封堵器实施封孔工艺,具有注浆封孔和漏气封堵双重功能。实践应用结果表明,钻孔0~100 d的抽采时间内钻孔平均瓦斯体积分数从19.1%提升至41.1%,在30 d后进行漏气处置后钻孔平均瓦斯抽采体积分数为50.2%,该封孔工艺能有效解决钻孔封孔后期漏气问题,有效提高了钻孔后期瓦斯抽采体积分数。2105 working face of Jiuxin Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.is a soft coal seam,the coal seam has poor permeability,the gas extraction borehole is difficult to seal,and the gas leakage is serious in the late drilling period.In view of this situation,an integrated sealing and plugging device was developed to implement the sealing process,which has the dual functions of grouting sealing and gas leakage sealing.The practical application results show that the average gas volume fraction increased from 19.1%to 41.1%during 0-100 d of drilling,and the average gas volume fraction increased to 50.2%after 30 d of gas leakage disposal.The sealing process can effectively solve the problem of gas leakage in the late sealing period of drilling,and effectively improve the volume fraction of gas extraction in the late drilling period.
