浅谈数字化产业链生态建设

摘　　要：新一轮科技革命和产业变革深入发展,产业竞争已成为大国竞争的主战场,产业链现代化和供应链安全问题已上升至重要的战略位置。文章通过分析我国在数字化产业链建设中的难点,以产业链建设典型制度“链长制”为理论参考,分析并研究大型国有央企在数字化产业链建设中的作用,最后围绕搭建服务型数字化平台、建立创新合作模式、优化创新体制机制,以及人才建设等方面提出建议,推动提升我国数字化产业链建设水平。The in-depth development of the new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation,the industrial competition becomes the main battlefield of major countries.The modernization of the industrial chain and the issue of supply chain security rises to important strategic positions.This article analyzes the difficulties faced by China in the construction of the digital industrial chain,and takes the typical institutional system of the industrial chain,the chain leader system as a theoretical reference,it analyzes and studies the role of large state-owned enterprises in the construction of the digital industrial chain.Finally,it provides suggestions on building service-oriented digital platforms,establishing innovative cooperation models,optimizing innovation systems and talent development to promote the improvement of China's digital industrial chain construction level.
