健脾化痰方联合氟桂利嗪治疗痰湿中阻型眩晕临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察健脾化痰方联合氟桂利嗪治疗痰湿中阻型眩晕的临床疗效。方法:选取符合纳入标准的后循环缺血性眩晕患者100例,根据随机数字表法分成两组各50例,对照组予氟桂利嗪治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上予健脾化痰方治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为94.00%,对照组总有效率为86.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);治疗后,两组中医证候积分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表等指标均改善(P﹤0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P﹤0.05);治疗后治疗组TC、LDL-C水平明显降低,HDL-C明显升高,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);两组LDL-C水平比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:健脾化痰方联合氟桂利嗪治疗痰湿中阻型眩晕临床疗效较好,可改善患者临床症状,缓解焦虑情绪。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Huatan formula and flunarizine on vertigo with syndrome of phlegm-dampness stagnating in middle-Jiao.Methods:100 cases of eligible patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo were selected and randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with flunarizine,while the treatment group was treated plus with Jianpi Huatan formula on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy of patients was compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 94.00%in the treatment group and 86.00%in the control group respectively,and the comparative difference between two groups was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).The indexes such as TCM syndrome score,Hamilton anxiety scale,Hamilton depression scale,etc.were improved in both groups after treatment(P﹤0.05),and the treatment group was better than control group(P﹤0.05).The levels of TC and LDL-C of treatment group were decreased after treatment significantly;while HDL-C was increased significantly,and the comparative difference in the group was statistically significant(P﹤0.05),and the comparative difference between two groups was also statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Jianpi Huatan formula and flunarizine on vertigo with syndrome of phlegm-dampness stagnating in middle-Jiao is better,which can improve the clinical symptoms of patients and relieve the anxiety.
