摘　　要：目的:观察头颈两部三区围刺结合推拿治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法:选取符合纳入标准的颈性眩晕患者52例,采用单样本随机前后对照研究。先取坐位用手法松解患者颈项部肌肉,再于仰卧位纵向牵伸推正颈椎,最后予坐位针刺,以头部为中心形成围刺,并通电针。评价治疗前、治疗后及治疗3个月后颈性眩晕症状与功能评估量表(ESCV)评分及视觉模拟量表(VAS)积分。结果:治疗后,总有效率为96.15%;3个月后随访,总有效率为90.38%。治疗后ESCV评分、VAS积分均较治疗前改善,随访3个月与治疗前后比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:头颈两部三区围刺结合推拿手法治疗颈性眩晕中短期疗效较好,能改善颈性眩晕患者临床症状,提高生活质量。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of surround needling in two parts and three areas of head and neck and massage on cervical vertigo.Methods:52 cases of eligible patients with cervical vertigo were selected and studied by N-of-1 trial.At the first,the neck muscles of patient were released by massage manipulation in the sitting position;then,the cervical vertebra was stretched and straightened longitudinally in the supine position;finally,headcentered head and neck were needled by surround needling in the sitting position,and by electroacupuncture.Symptom of cervical vertigo and scores of evaluation scale for cervical vertigo(ESCV)and visual analogue scale(VAS)were evaluated before and after treatment as well as after 3 months of treatment.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate was 96.15%;in the follow-up after 3 months,the total effective rate was 90.38%.After treatment,the scores of ESCV and VAS were improved compared with before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant compared follow-up for 3 months with before and after treatment(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The short-and medium-term efficacy of surround needling in two parts and three areas of head and neck and massage on cervical vertigo is better,which can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with cervical vertigo and enhance their quality of life.
