摘 要:廉江河综合治理工程采用“上蓄、中疏、下拓”的防洪体系,利用上游新村水闸进行调蓄,使公园水闸-新村水闸段满足安全泄量要求。考虑新村水闸调蓄作用影响,通过“区间同频、新村相应”和“区间相应、新村同频”两种不利洪水组合进行下游控制断面的洪水计算分析,选取对工程更为不利的较大者作为控制断面设计洪峰流量。计算方法可为无资料地区洪水地区组合分析提供参考。The Lianjiang river comprehensive management project adopts a flood control system of“upper storage,middle drainage,and lower expansion”,and uses the upstream Xincun sluice for regulation and storage,so that the Park sluice-Xincun sluice section meets the safety discharge requirements.Considering the impact of the regulation and storage of the Xincun sluice,the flood calculation and analysis of the downstream control section is carried out through two unfavorable flood combinations of“interval same frequency,Xincun corresponding”and“interval corresponding,Xincun same frequency”,and the larger one that is more unfavorable to the project is selected as the design peak flow of the control section.The calculation method can provide a reference for the combination analysis of flood areas in areas without data.
