摘 要:为了筛选适宜新疆奎屯垦区种植的鲜食葡萄品种,对引进的26个葡萄品种的穗质量、可溶性固形物、总酸、色差值等18个品质指标和3个感官指标进行评价分析,并利用主成分分析法建立综合评价模型。结果表明,各品种间穗质量变异系数为26.39%,可溶性固形物差异较小,果皮颜色丰富,饱和度变异系数达到82.92%;感官分析评价表明,‘贵妃玫瑰’‘阳光玫瑰’‘奇妙无核’3个品种更受欢迎;相关性分析表明,各指标之间存在一定的相关性,可溶性固形物与C、L、b、△E均呈显著负相关;主成分分析显示,‘醉金香’‘户太八号’‘红地球’的综合果实品质相对较好,适宜在新疆奎屯垦区推广种植。In order to select the table grape varieties suitable for Kuitun area of Xinjiang,18 quality indexes such as cluster weight,soluble solid,total acid,chromatic aberration value,etc,and three sensory evaluation index of 26 varieties were compared and analyzed,and a comprehensive evaluation model was established by principal component analysis.The results showed that the variation coefficient of cluster weight was 26.39%,the difference of soluble solid was small,the color of pericarp was rich,and the variation coefficient reached 82.92%.The sensory analysis showed that'Guifei Meigui''Shine Muscat'and'Fantasy Seedless'were more popular.The correlation analysis results showed that there was a certain correlation among indexes,and the soluble solids were negatively correlated with C,L,b and△E.The results of principal component analysis showed that the comprehensive fruit quality of'Zuijinxiang''Hutai No 8'and'Red Globe'were relatively good,which were suitable for promoting cultivation in Kuitun area of Xinjiang.
