摘 要:环保绝缘气体C_(4)F_(7)N具有优异的绝缘性能,与缓冲气体CO_(2)混合后具有在气体绝缘设备中运用的潜力。选择合适吸附材料对C_(4)F_(7)N混合气体分解产物吸附处理,可保证环保绝缘气体设备的安全稳定运行。文中通过气体吸附实验探究了13X分子筛对C_(4)F_(7)N混合气体主要4种碳氟分解产物的吸附性能,并分析其对主要气体C_(4)F_(7)N和CO_(2)体积分数的影响。通过观测吸附实验后各碳氟分解产物体积分数变化,进而对13X分子筛关于开断实验后的混合气体吸附性能进行评估。实验结果表明13X分子筛对C_(3)F_(6)和C_(3)F_(8)有较强吸附性能,吸附效率高达89%以上,但对C_(2)F_(6)和CF_(4)吸附能力较差,CF_(4)吸附效果不明显另外,实验后主气成分C_(4)F_(7)N和CO_(2)的体积分数会受到一定影响。混合气体吸附实验中,13X分子筛对C_(3)F_(6)和C_(3)F_(8)表现出一定的吸附能力,但没有单一气体吸附效率高,可以通过增加分子筛的使用量来吸附处理混合气体中C_(3)F_(6)和C_(3)F_(8)分解产物。The environmentally friendly insulating gas C_(4)F_(7)N has excellent insulating properties and has the potential to replace SF_(6)as a gaseous insulating medium when mixed with the buffer gas CO_(2).And selecting suitable adsorption materials to adsorb the decomposition products of C_(4)F_(7)N gas mixture can ensure the safe and stable operation of environmentally friendly insulating gas in the equipment.In this paper,a gas adsorption experimental platform was constructed to investigate the adsorption performance of 13X molecular sieve on the four main carbon fluoride decomposition products of C_(4)F_(7)N gas mixture.At the same time,Its effect on the concentration of two major gases,C_(4)F_(7)N and CO_(2),was also investigated.The adsorption performance of 13X molecular sieve on the gas mixture after the open break experiment was evaluated by observing the changes in the concentration of each carbon and fluorine decomposition product after the adsorption experiment.The experimental results show that 13X molecular sieve has strong adsorption performance on C_(3)F_(6) and C_(3)F_(8),with adsorption efficiency of more than 89%,however,its adsorption capacity for C_(2)F_(6) and CF_(4) is weak,and its adsorption effect on CF_(4) is not obvious.In addition,the concentrations of the main gas components C_(4)F_(7)N and CO_(2) are affected to some extent after the experiment.In the mixed gas adsorption experiments,the 13X molecular sieve shows some adsorption capacity for C_(3)F_(6)and C_(3)F_(8),but it is not as efficient as the single gas adsorption,and the decomposition products of C_(3)F_(6)and C_(3)F_(8)in the mixed gas could be adsorbed and treated by increasing the amount of molecular sieve used.
