摘 要:为了研究不同比例N_(2)/O_(2)混合气体的工频绝缘特性,分析O_(2)占比对混合气体绝缘性能的影响,文中采用Boltamann方程,对比了Wieland近似与Garland近似两种方法,基于电子输运参数计算了不同比例下N_(2)/O_(2)混合气体的临界电场,分析了O_(2)对混合气体绝缘性能的影响;同时开展了0.1~0.8 MPa下5%~21%O_(2)占比的N_(2)/O_(2)混合气体工频放电实验,结合实验数据验证了计算结果的可靠性。文中发现在实验比例范围内,O_(2)占比对N_(2)/O_(2)混合气体工频绝缘特性几乎无影响,气压与N_(2)/O_(2)混合气体的放电电压成线性相关。文章可为以洁净空气电力设备的设计、运维提供参考。In order to study the working frequency insulation characteristics of N_(2)/O_(2)gas mixtures with different ratios and analyse the influence of O_(2)on the insulating properties of the gas mixtures,this paper calculates the critical electric fields of N_(2)/O_(2)gas mixtures with different ratios based on the electron transport parameters based on the Boltamann equation,comparing the Wieland approximation with the Garland approximation,and analyses the influence of O_(2) on the insulating properties of the gas mixtures.The influence of O_(2) on the insulating properties of the gas mixture is analysed.Meanwhile,the frequency discharge test of N_(2)/O_(2) gas mixture with 5%-21%O_(2) ratio under 0.1-0.8 MPa is carried out,and the reliability of the calculation results is verified by combining with the test data.It is found that the O_(2) ratio has almost no effect on the frequency insulation characteristics of N_(2)/O_(2)gas mixtures within the range of test ratios,and that the air pressure is linearly correlated with the discharge voltage of gas mixtures.The article can provide reference for the design,operation and maintenance of clean air power equipment.
