摘 要:为响应国家“双碳”战略,中国配电网正逐步禁止使用SF_(6)气体绝缘设备,全氟异丁腈(C_(4)F_(7)N)作为国际主流的SF_(6)环保替代气体之一,研发点多面广的C_(4)F_(7)N环保气体环网柜(C_(4)F_(7)N环网柜)显得尤为必要。文中针对C_(4)F_(7)N环网柜设计关键技术开展研究,分析了C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2)混合气体的绝缘和液化等关键性能,提出了绝缘设计的场强控制值并计算得到液化温度,优选了气压不变、C_(4)F_(7)N体积占比10%的混合气体技术方案。开展了C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2)混合气体与铸钢、工程塑料、橡胶和环氧玻纤材料的热加速实验,发现气固材料试样相容性良好,并验证了环网柜整机的气固相容性可满足设备现场运行需求。对不同C_(4)F_(7)N体积占比的混合气体开展了三工位开关接地关合实验,获得了接地开关击穿特性、操作速度的影响及触头烧蚀状况,结果表明C_(4)F_(7)N体积占比10%下接地关合性能符合标准要求的连续多次关合工况,检验了C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2)混合气体及设备设计技术方案的有效性。研发了C_(4)F_(7)N环网柜样机,通过了全套型式实验,产品在安徽电网示范并规模化应用。文中提出了采用C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2)混合气体绝缘的环网柜设计关键技术,为C_(4)F_(7)N环保气体输变电设备研发及应用提供了有益参考。In order to support carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals in China,SF_(6)gas-insulated equipment aren’t gradually allowed to apply in distribution grid.As perfluoroisobutanitrile(C_(4)F_(7)N is one of the internationally mainstream eco-friendly alternative gases to SF_(6),it is particularly necessary to develop multi-sided C_(4)F_(7)N eco-friendly gas-insulated ring main units(C_(4)F_(7)N RMUs)facing widely terminal users.In this paper,the key technologies for the design of C_(4)F_(7)N RMU was investigated.The key properties of C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2)gas mixture,such as insulation and liquefaction,were analyzed.The control values of electric field strength for insulation design were proposed.And the liquefaction temperature values were calculated.The gas mixture configuration was set as the constant pressure with C_(4)F_(7)N volume ratio of 10%.The thermal acceleration tests of C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2)gas mixture with cast steel,engineering plastics,rubber and epoxy glass fiber were carried out.The results have shown that the gas-solid material samples except rubber were with good compatibility.The gas-solid compatibility of RMU meeting the field operation requirements has been verified by the compatibility live test.The ground making test for the three-station switch was conducted with different gases of C_(4)F_(7)N volume ratios.The pre-breakdown time distribution,influence of switching rates and contact ablation status of the grounding switch were obtained.Referring to the results with SF_(6)gas,the grounding making performance with C_(4)F_(7)N volume ratio of 10%was suitable for the continuous multiple making conditions required by the standard.The technical schemes of C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2)gas mixture and equipment design were valid and available.C_(4)F_(7)N RMU has been developed and passed a full set of type tests,and the products have been demonstrated and applied in Anhui power grid.All the design key technologies of C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2)gas mixture in the paper have summarized as a useful reference for the develop
