摘　　要：依据建站快速、重复使用的原则,对通信单管塔独立基础进行预制拼装改造设计,文章提出一种预应力拼装基础,解决了建设单位建站快速、安全及简单的要求,而且搬迁容易,可以重复利用。通过在工厂各组件的浇筑、养护,合格后运输到现场,根据各组件预埋件的对应情况进行吊装安装,3 h即可完成基站基础的安装。此种基站形式真正实现现场的快速、安全安装,而且对现场施工人员技术要求不高,实用性极强。同时,因基础是在工厂内部预制,所以质量更有保障。尤其是此基站面临搬迁,可在铁塔拆除完毕后迅速拆除基础,并运往别处进行安装,可重复利用,有较大的推广价值。In order to prefabricate and assemble the independent foundation of the communication single pipe tower based on the principle of fast construction and reuse,this paper proposes a prestressed assembly foundation,which solves the requirements of construction units for fast,safe,and simple station construction,and is easy to relocate and can be reused.After the pouring and curing of each component in the factory are qualified,they are transported to the site and lifted and installed according to the corresponding situation of the embedded parts of each component.The installation of the base station foundation can be completed in 3 hours.This type of base station truly achieves fast and safe on-site installation,and does not require high technical requirements from on-site construction personnel,so its practicality is extremely high.Meanwhile,as the foundation is prefabricated within the factory,the quality is more guaranteed.Especially if this base station is facing relocation,the foundation can be quickly removed after the iron tower is removed and transported to another location for installation,which can be reused and has great promotional value.
