摘  要:滨海地区穿山隧道型管廊的建设在安全和周边环境保护方面面临严峻挑战。文章以某穿山隧道型管廊为例,梳理工程土建设计重难点,针对性地采用设计关键技术,两端口部明挖基坑采用桩基+喷锚的支护方式,临海侧采用咬合桩可有效应对潮汐作用,山岭隧道进出洞和浅埋偏压区采取针对性加固措施,隧道开挖采用一般区段控制爆破+敏感区段静态爆破的组合策略,实际施工监测效果表明,工程土建施工和周边住宅的影响均在安全可控范围内,有效应对了该类型管廊的建设难题。上述关键技术可作为类似工程的参考案例。The construction of utility tunnel through mountains in coastal area faces severe challenges in safety and protection of surrounding environment.Taking a tunnel through a mountain as an example,this paper sorts out the major and difficult points in engineering civil construction design,and adopts key design technologies in a targeted way.The open-cut foundation pit at two ports adopts the support method of pile foundation with shotcrete anchor,and the occlusion pile at the seaside can effectively cope with the tidal action.The combined strategy of general section controlled blasting and static blasting in sensitive sections is adopted in tunnel excavation.The actual construction monitoring results show that the influence of civil construction and surrounding residential buildings is within the safe and controllable range,which effectively solves the construction problems of this type of pipe corridor.These key technologies can be used as reference cases for similar projects.
