摘  要:实木复合地板是市面上广泛应用的装饰材料之一,静曲强度和弹性模量是判定其质量好坏的重要参数,而含水率则是影响其静曲强度和弹性模量的重要因素之一。文章通过对同一实木复合地板在不同含水率条件下的静曲强度与弹性模量进行测试,得出静曲强度与弹性模量均随含水率升高而先增大后减小,并均在含水率为9%左右取得最大值的结论,为生产制造、检验检测、实际应用以及标准的修订提供参考。Solid wood composite flooring is one of widely used decorative materials in the market.Static bending strength and elastic modulus are important parameters to judge its quality,and water content is one of the important factors affecting its static bending strength and elastic modulus.In this paper,the static bending strength and elastic modulus of the same solid wood composite floor under different water content conditions are tested,and it is concluded that the static bending strength and elastic modulus increase first and then decrease with the increase of water content.The maximum value is reached at about 9%,which provides references for manufacturing,inspection and testing,practical application,and revision of standards.
