摘  要:当前我国既有建筑能耗巨大,碳排放比重高。在碳达峰背景下,光伏能源作为碳减排的有效技术手段之一备受关注。文章分析了光伏能源在既有建筑中应用的诸多优势,并指出在既有建筑中应用光伏以应对建筑结构安全性评估、减少对屋面防水层的影响、注意光伏的最佳安装倾角和朝向、明确建筑的遮挡关系、做好夏天光伏组件的降温、预防雷击及光伏表面的清洁维护等需要注意的问题,确保既有建筑的光伏安全有效运行。At present,the energy consumption of the existing buildings in China is huge,and their proportion of carbon emissions is high.In the context of carbon peaking,photovoltaic energy,as one of the effective technical means for the reduction of carbon emission,has attracted much attention.This paper analyzes many advantages of the application of photovoltaic energy in the existing buildings,and points out that the application of photovoltaic energy in the existing buildings should carry out safety assessment on building structures,reduce the impact on the roof waterproof layer,pay attention to the optimal installation angle and orientation of photovoltaic energy,make clear the shelter ralation of the building,do a good job in cooling photovoltaic modules in summer,prevent lightning strikes,clean and maintain photovoltaic energy,as well as do other things that need to be noted to ensure the safe and effective operation of photovoltaic energy in the existing buildings.
