低冲击开发模式下的传统村落更新研究——以深圳市半天云村为例

摘　　要：传统村落具有独特的聚落特征、丰富的文化内涵及多样的生态景观,在当前城市化背景下更显珍贵。文章重点讨论深圳市半天云村的独特价值及现存问题,提出低冲击开发模式作为村落保护与更新的理念方法。通过环境容量限定、自然环境保育、建筑分类处理等方式,使半天云村以最小的扰动,最大限度保留本原价值,并能得到相应发展的目标。The traditional village has distinctive settlement features,rich cultural connotations,and diverse ecological landscapes,making it particularly valuable in the context of the current urbanization.The paper discusses the unique value and the existing problems of Bantianyun Village in Shenzhen,and proposes a low-impact development model as a conceptual approach for village preservation and renewal.Through methods,such as environmental capacity limitation,conservation of natural environment,and classification of buildings,etc.,it aims to minimize disturbance to Bantianyun Village,to reserve the original value to maximum,and to achieve corresponding development goals.
