摘　　要：随着社会经济的不断发展和进步,人们对城市形象也有了更高的要求。居住建筑作为城市建设中比重最大的建筑类型,是展现城市形象的重要载体。文章以中豪祥云府项目的住宅小区设计为切入点,梳理襄阳地域文化特色并提出其在住宅设计中的应用策略,旨在协调建筑风格与城市地域文化,为住宅设计提供借鉴和参考。With the continuous development and progress of social economy,people have higher requirements for city image.As the building type with the largest proportion in urban construction,residential building is an important carrier to show the image of the city.This paper takes the design of residential district of Zhonghao Xiangyunfu project as an entry point,sorts out the regional cultural characteristics of Xiangyang and puts forward the strategies for the application of regional cultural characteristics in residential design,aiming to harmonize the architectural style with the regional culture of the city,and to provide a reference for residential design.
