摘 要:南中高速位于广州市南沙区南部和中山市东北部,工程建设以桥梁为主,其中预制箱梁桥梁指标4460~7710元/m^(2),平均指标为6074元/m^(2),与常规经济指标3800~4500元/m^(2)比较,指标较高。文章通过与广东省高速公路设计通用图进行对比,分析30 m标准跨径预制箱梁结构经济指标差异,基础和下部结构影响最大,为穿过深厚淤泥层需设置长桩基及长钢护筒,为节约用地预留桥下可发展空间设置大挑臂功能墩;而上部布梁需要的影响也占一部分影响因素,例如非30m混凝土预制梁的影响、较窄匝道桥的影响、匝道桥现浇梁、匝道桥钢箱梁、海上桥梁的影响。Nanzhong Expressway is located in the south of Nansha New Area in Guangzhou and the northeast of Zhongshan.The construction of the expressway is mainly bridges.The indexes of the precast box girder bridges are 4460-7710 yuan per m^(2),and the average index is 6074 yuan per m^(2),relatively higher when compared with the conventional economic index of 3800~4500 yuan per m^(2).Through the comparison with the general plan in the design of Guangdong provincial expressway,this paper analyzes the difference in the economic index of 30m standard span precast box girder structure,which have the greatest influence on the foundation and the substructure.In order to pass through the deep silt layer,it is necessary to set up long pile foundations and long steel shields,and in order to save land,it is necessary to set up large picket piers for reserving space under the bridge for development.The influence of the upper beam layout needs to account for part of the influencing factors,for example,the influence of non-30m concrete precast beam,narrow ramp bridge,cast-in-place beam of the ramp bridge,steel box girder of the ramp bridge,and the bridge at sea.
