摘 要:以2代桉树人工林采伐迹地留荒作为对照,探究了不同改造措施(3代桉树纯林、桉树×灰木莲混交林、灰木莲纯林)对土壤养分、土壤碳氮磷循环酶和土壤生态系统多功能性(Ecosystem Multifunctionality,EMF)的影响,分析了土壤因子对土壤EMF的相对贡献,以期为科学利用土地资源和提高桉树人工林土壤肥力提供参考。结果表明:连栽不利于维持桉树人工林土壤地力,引入灰木莲树种混交或轮作对提高或维持土壤养分、酶活性以及土壤EMF有积极作用。主要土壤因子均与EMF存在显著相关关系,其中土壤有机碳(SOC)、可溶性有机碳(DOC)、速效磷(AP)是土壤生态系统多功能性的主要的驱动因素。在桉树纯林中引入灰木莲树种能有效提升桉树人工林土壤养分、土壤酶活性以及土壤EMF,对维持桉树人工林土壤肥力及其可持续经营具有重要的指导意义。This study investigated the impact of different forest management measures(third-generation pure Eucalyptus plantation,Eucalyptus×Manglietia glauca mixed plantations,pure M.glauca plantation)on soil nutrients,soil carbon-nitrogen-phosphorus cycling enzymes,and soil ecosystem multifunctionality(EMF),using a second-generation Eucalyptus plantations logging site as a control.The aim was to provide reference for the scientific utilization of land resources and improvement of soil fertility in Eucalyptus plantations.The results showed that continuous planting was detrimental to the maintenance of soil fertility in Eucalyptus plantations.Introducing M.glauca through mixing or rotation had a positive effect on soil nutrients,enzyme activity,and the maintenance or enhancement of soil EMF.Major soil factors were significantly correlated with EMF,with soil organic carbon(SOC),dissolved organic carbon(DOC),and available phosphorus(AP)being the primary drivers of soil ecosystem multifunctionality.Introducing M.glauca into Eucalyptus plantations could effectively improve soil nutrients,enzyme activity,and soil EMF,which was important for maintaining soil fertility and sustainable management of Eucalyptus plantations.
