摘  要:为确定新能源汽车用永磁同步电机转子总成装配方案,对永磁体有磁来料装配的前充磁方案和永磁体无磁来料装配的后充磁方案进行比对,研究表明,前充磁方案转子磁通量高于后充磁方案转子磁通量,控制变量匹配整机试验其峰值外特性对比小于2%,均满足动力性指标要求,且效率指标持平,后充磁方案不影响产品性能,其装配工艺性好、成品率高,设备维护保养成本低,是转子总成充磁工艺方案最佳选择。In order to determine the assembly scheme of permanent magnet synchronous motor assembly for new energy vehicle,this paper compares the front magnetized rotor with rear magnetized rotor.The study shows that the magnetic flux of the front magnetization scheme is higher than that of the rear magnetization scheme,and its peak value external characteristics,comparison in the controlled variable motor test is less than 2%,which meets the requirements of power performance indicators,and the efficiency indicators of the two schemes are the same.Moreover,the rear magnetization scheme does not affect product performance,it is the best choice for the rotor assembly magnetization process for good assembly process,high yield,and low equipment maintenance cost.
