摘　　要：为积累轻量化车身连接技术设计及制造经验,提升车身机械连接工艺质量,针对自冲铆接、无铆连接、热熔自攻丝铆接、螺栓连接、拉铆、压铆车身轻量化机械连接技术进行了总结分析,详细阐述了各个工艺的工艺原理、工艺特点、质量控制方法和创新工艺方案。To accumulate experience in the design and manufacturing of lightweight vehicle body connection technologies and enhance the quality of vehicle body mechanical connection processes,this paper summarizes and analyzes lightweight vehicle body mechanical connection technologies such as self-piercing riveting,rivetless connection,hot-melt self-tapping riveting,bolt connection,pull riveting and pressing riveting,and elaborates in detail the process principles,process characteristics,quality control methods and innovative process schemes of each process.
