摘 要:磺胺类抗生素是医院临床用药和畜牧养殖中使用量最大的抗生素之一,但是未完全代谢吸收的抗生素会随着粪便和尿液等排泄物释放到自然环境,并在地表水、地下水和土壤中累积造成污染。介绍了磺胺类抗生素的来源及危害,阐述了土壤中磺胺类抗生素的污染现状及分析方法,探讨了现有方法的优缺点及存在的主要问题,并对今后土壤中抗生素的检测技术进行了展望。Sulfonamide antibiotics are one of the most commonly used antibiotics in clinical medicine and animal husbandry around the world,making significant social-economic value and health benefits.However,partially metabolized and absorbed antibiotics will be released into natural environment with feces,urine and other excreta,and then accumulate in surface water,groundwater and soil,resulting in pollution.This article introduces the source and hazard of sulfanilamide antibiotics,focuses on the present situation and analysis method of sulfanilamide antibiotics in soil pollution domestic and overseas,discusses the advantages and disadvantages of existing methods and the main problems,and prospects the detection technology of antibiotics in soil in the future.
