企业安全生产标准化创建工作的研究

摘　　要：企业安全生产标准化创建工作是企业安全管理的重要组成部分,其目标是通过建立一套完整、科学、系统的安全管理体系,提高企业安全管理水平,预防事故风险,保障员工安全,进而实现企业的可持续发展。以上海市金山区某化工园区为调研对象,进行实地调查、座谈会、个别访谈,并结合工作实际,指出了企业安全生产标准化创建工作存在的问题,最后并提出了相应的改进建议,为企业安全生产标准化创建工作提供参考和借鉴。The establishment of enterprise safety production standardization is an important part of enterprise safety management.Its goal is to improve the level of enterprise safety management,prevent accident risks,and ensure the safety of employees by establishing a complete,scientific and systematic safety management system,so as to realise the sustainable development of enterprises.This Shanghai jinshan the second industrial zone as the research object,field investigation,seminars,individual interview,and points out the problems existing in the creation of enterprise safety production standardisation based on the actual work,and finally put forward the corresponding improvement Suggestions,for the enterprise safety production standardization create work provides a useful reference and reference.
