摘 要:甲醛作为一种重要的化工原料,在生产过程中涉及高温、高压和易燃易爆物质,因此其生产流程具有较高的安全风险,因此对其生产过程的安全性进行深入研究至关重要。首先分析了甲醛生产过程中的主要危险源,如火灾爆炸、容器爆炸、中毒和窒息等环节的风险点,随后结合这些危险源,提出了一系列防范措施,包括加强设备安全管理、优化生产工艺、提高员工安全意识等,旨在降低生产过程中的安全风险。Formaldehyde,as an important chemical raw material,involves high temperature,high pressure and flammable and explosive substances in the production process.Therefore,its production process has a relatively high safety risk.Therefore,it is extremely important to conduct in-depth research on the safety of its production process.This article first analyzes the main hazard sources in the formaldehyde production process,such as the risk points in links such as fire and explosion,container explosion,poisoning and suffocation,and then combines these hazard sources and proposes a series of preventive measures,including strengthening equipment safety management,optimizing the production process,and improving employees'safety awareness,aiming to reduce the safety risks in the production process.
