摘　　要：化工厂作为化工生产的重要场所,是组成社会经济的重要部分,但因其生产流程和产品原料等特殊性,导致其成为生产安全管理的重中之重。为了确保化工厂的安全稳定运行,减少事故发生的可能性,全面了解化工日常生产安全管理的现实意义,推动日常生产安全管理非常必要。同时研究结合案例,对化工日常生产的日常生产管理中存在的问题进行分析,基于案例启发生产安全管理要点,提升员工安全责任意识,促进日常生产安全管理制度和监管体系完善,期望能够最大程度上提升化工厂日常生产安全管理水平,避免不必要的不安全事件。Chemical plants,as an important place for chemical production,are an important part of the social economy,but because of the particularity of its production process and product raw materials,it has become the top priority of production safety management.In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of chemical plants and reduce the possibility of accidents,it is necessary to fully understand the practical significance of chemical daily production safety management and promote daily production safety management.At the same time,the paper analyzes the problems existing in the daily production management based on the cases,inspires the key points of production safety management based on the cases,enhances the awareness of safety responsibility of employees,promotes the improvement of the daily production safety management system and supervision system,and hopes to improve the daily production safety management level of chemical plants to the maximum extent and avoids unnecessary unsafe incidents.
