五种植物粗提物对米象的驱避作用研究

摘　　要：通过Y型嗅觉仪测试和滤纸药膜选择法,探究了香樟、云南松、花椒、辣椒、大蒜等5种植物粗提物对米象成虫的驱避作用。结果表明,5种植物中大蒜粗提物对米象成虫的驱避效果最佳,用20 mg/mL处理12 h的驱避率为88%,可达到Ⅴ级水平;花椒的粗提物趋避效果次之,用20 mg/mL处理12 h的驱避率为72%,可达到Ⅳ级水平;而香樟、云南松、辣椒的粗提物对米象的驱避效果均处于较低等级。由此可见,大蒜、花椒粗提物对米象成虫的驱避时效长,驱避效果好,具有一定的开发前景。The repellent effects of crude extracts from five plants,including Cinnamomum camphora,Pinus yunnanensis,Zanthoxylum bungeanum,Capsicum annuum,and Allium sativum,on adult of Sitophilus oryzae were investigated using a Y-tube olfactometer and a filter paper disc choice method.The results indicated that among the five plant extracts,the crude extract from Allium sativum showed the best repellent effect on adult of Sitophilus oryzae,achieving a repellency rate of 88% with a 20 mg/mL treatment over 12 hours,which could reach the level of Grade Ⅴ.The crude extract of Zanthoxylum bungeanum had the second best repellent effect,with a repellent rate of 72% after 12 hours of treatment with 20mg/L,which could reach the level of Grade Ⅳ.However,the crude extracts of Cinnamomum camphora,Pinus yunnanensis,Capsicum annuum had a relatively low repellent effect on Sitophilus oryzae.From this,it could be seen that the crude extracts of Allium sativum and Zanthoxylum bungeanum have a long repellent time and good repellent effect on adults of Sitophilus oryzae.
