审计视角下粮食安全问题影响因素的探究

摘　　要：粮食安全受国家经济、社会、政治、国防、农业、生态等多方面因素影响。保障粮食安全是维护国家全面安全的重要组成部分。以2004~2021年中国31个省市为样本,实证分析农业机械总动力、有效灌溉面积、抗灾能力等因素对国家粮食安全产生的影响,并从审计视角出发,立足相关企业、部门及个人,为降低国家粮食安全风险,推动粮食安全健康发展建言献策。Food security is affected by many factors,including the country's economy,society,politics,national defense,agriculture,ecology and other aspects,and ensuring food security is an important part of maintaining national overall security.Based on the sample of 31 provinces and cities in China from 2004 to 2021,this paper empirically analyzes the impact of factors such as the total power of agricultural machinery,the effective irrigation area,and the disaster resistance capacity on national food security.From the perspective of auditing,based on relevant enterprises,departments and individuals,we will make suggestions for reducing national food security risks and promoting the healthy development of food security.
