摘　　要：刘宝山教授认为本虚标实为淋巴瘤的基本病机,以脏腑亏虚为本,痰瘀互结为标。汲取历代医家及现代中医大家治疗血液病之经验,提出以扶正抑瘤、攻补兼施为治疗大法,重在调理肝脾肾三脏。从临床中筛选出有效药物,自创扶正抑瘤方(生地黄、白芍、当归、川芎、红芪、黄精、龙眼肉、土贝母、夏枯草、卷柏、四季青、白花蛇舌草、天葵子、龙葵)为基础方,随症加减灵活运用。有效抑制淋巴瘤疾病进展,促进造血改善骨髓粒细胞、红细胞、白细胞三系血减少,使血象趋于稳定,脱离输血依赖。Liu Baoshan thinks that deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality is the basic pathogenesis.The deficiency of zang-fu organs is the root cause,and the intermingled phlegm and blood stasis is the manifestation.Based on the experience of ancient doctors and modern Chinese medicine practitioners in the treatment of blood diseases,this article puts forward the methods of strengthening the body resistance and suppressing tumor,tonification and purgation in combination,so as to regulate the liver,spleen and kidney.Effective drugs are selected from the clinic,and the self-designed Fuzheng Yiliu Formula(Shengdihuang,Baishao,Danggui,Chuanxiong,Hongqi,Huangjing,Longyanrou,Tubeimu,Xiakucao,Juanbai,Sijiqing,Baihuasheshecao,Tiankuizi and Longkui)is taken as the base formula,which can be modified flexibly according to the symptoms.It can effectively inhibit the progression of lymphoma disease,promote hematopoiesis,improve the reduction of granulocytes,red blood cells and white blood cells in bone marrow,and make the blood picture tend to be stable and independent of blood transfusion.
