摘　　要：介绍名老中医赵尚华教授治疗癌症的经验及辨证法。中医药在癌症的治疗方面有独特优势,可以“以毒攻毒”、补气养血,提高人体正气,减轻放化疗的毒副作用及综合调理手术后等。赵教授从事中医外科临床、教学、科研工作50余年,致力于血管病、乳腺病、中医治疗肿瘤的研究。赵教授认为,中医自身发展规律实质上就是辨证论治的不断发展,参考古代、现代医籍中的治癌经验,总结出“元宗血津复”辨证法,分为元分证、宗分证、血分证、津分证、复元证5个阶段进行治疗,填补了中医学肿瘤辨证法的空白。赵教授临床治疗癌症始终贯穿“治未病”思想,溯其根源,从理论到实践系统论证了“元宗血津复”辨证法,取得了较满意的疗效。This paper introduces the experience and dialectical method of Professor Zhao Shanghua,a famous old Chinese medicine doctor,in treating cancer.Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the treatment of cancer,such as“fight poison with poison”,tonifying Qi and nourishing blood,improving the healthy Qi of the human body,reducing the toxic and side effects of radiotherapy and chemotherapy,and taking general recuperation after surgery.Prof.Zhao has been engaged in the clinical,teaching and scientific research of traditional Chinese medicine surgery for more than 50 years,and is committed to the research of vascular diseases,breast diseases,and TCM treatment of tumors.Prof.Zhao believes that the law of TCM development is essentially the continuous development of syndrome differentiation and treatment.Referring to the experience of treating cancer in ancient and modern medical books,Prof.Zhao sums up the dialectical method of“Yuan-Zong-Blood-Body fluid-Fu”,which is divided into five stages of treatment:Yuanfen syndrome,Zongfen syndrome,Blood syndrome,Body fluid syndrome and Fuyuan syndrome.It fills the gap in syndrome differentiation of tumor in traditional Chinese medicine.Prof.Zhao′s clinical treatment of cancer always runs through the idea of“preventive treatment of disease”,which systematically demonstrates the dialectical method of“Yuan-Zong-Blood-Body fluid-Fu”from theory to practice,and has achieved satisfactory curative effect.
