摘  要:随着我国人民生活水平的提高和健康意识的提升,对鲜食玉米等绿色、健康食品的需求逐年增加。2016—2022年,黑龙江省鲜食玉米种植面积6年内增长近5倍,市场潜力巨大。为了满足鲜食玉米市场需求并进一步促进产业发展,分析了黑龙江省鲜食玉米产业现状,包括种植鲜食玉米的经济效益和发展前景,同时分析了面临的技术创新不足、品牌建设不足、栽培管理技术不完善、采收成本高等限制因素,并提出优化鲜食玉米产业链、规范鲜食玉米种植制度、提升商品品质等促进鲜食玉米产业发展的对策。With the improvement of people's living standards and health awareness,the demand for green and healthy foods such as fresh maizemaize is increasing year by year.From^(2)016 to 2022,the planting area of fresh maize in Heilongjiang Province has increased by nearly five times within six years,with huge market potential.In order to meet market demand and further promote industrial development,this article elaborates on the current situation of the fresh maize industry in Heilongjiang Province,including the economic benefits and development prospects of planting fresh maize.At the same time,it analyzes the limiting factors faced,such as insufficient technological innovation,inadequate brand building,incomplete cultivation and management techniques,and high harvesting costs.It also proposes strategies to optimize the fresh maize industry chain,standardize the fresh maize planting system,and improve product quality to promote the development of the fresh maize industry.
