摘 要:【目的】研究基础不均匀沉降对插环式风机基础受力性能的影响。【方法】以湖南某风场2.0 MW插环式风机为例,建立Abaqus模型,在塔顶施加正常运行工况、极端运行工况及疲劳工况荷载,设定基础倾斜度值,分析基础受力特性与应力分布情况。【结果】在正常运行及疲劳工况荷载作用下,基础不均匀沉降对基础受力性能影响较小,在极端运行工况荷载作用下,基础不均匀沉降使基础混凝土应力分布呈沿环向发展规律,对基础受力性能影响显著。【结论】基础不均匀沉降使风电机组塔顶侧移及倾覆弯矩显著增大,对基础混凝土受力性能产生不利影响,尤其是在极端运行工况下。因此应进行定期巡检,确保基础沉降不超规范限值。[Purposes]This paper aims to investigate the impact of uneven settlement on the load-bearing performance of wind turbine foundations with embedded ring.[Methods]Taking a 2.0 MW turbine with em⁃bedded ring in a wind farm in Hunan as an example,the Abaqus model was established.The normal opera⁃tion condition,extreme operation condition and fatigue condition load were applied on the top of the tower.The inclination value of the foundation was set,and the stress characteristics and distribution of the founda⁃tion were analyzed.[Findings]Under normal and fatigue conditions,uneven settlement minimally affects foundation performance.However,under extreme conditions,the uneven settlement of the foundation makes the stress distribution of the foundation concrete develop along the circumferential direction,which has a sig⁃nificant influence on the mechanical performance of the foundation.[Conclusions]Uneven settlement in⁃creases lateral displacement and overturning moments at the wind turbine tower top,detrimentally affecting concrete's structural capacity,especially in extreme conditions.Regular inspections are vital to ensure settle⁃ment remains within acceptable limits.
