摘　　要：【目的】探讨河南省农业企业数字化转型的影响因素,并基于价值链理论,为农业企业在供应链环节的定位设计出合适的数字化转型路径,以促进农业现代化,激活农村经济,并促进乡村振兴战略的实施。【方法】采用TOE框架,从技术、组织和环境3个维度分析河南省农业企业数字化转型的关键影响因素,并结合价值链理论,对农业企业在供应链环节的定位进行深入探讨。【结果】河南省农业企业的数字化转型受技术、组织和环境等多方面因素的影响。在供应链环节,企业需要根据自身定位采取相应的数字化策略,以实现有效的转型。【结论】河南省农业企业应积极响应国家政策,把握市场需求,加强数字化人才的培养,提升技术水平,并构建数字化的供应链体系,以推动农业现代化和乡村振兴战略的实施。[Purposes]This paper to explores the influencing factors of the digital transformation of agricul-tural enterprises in Henan Province,and designs the positioning of agricultural enterprises in the supply chain link,so as to promote agricultural modernization,activate rural economy and promote the imple-mentation of rural revitalization strategy.[Methods]Using the TOE framework,the key influencing fac-tors of the digital transformation of agricultural enterprises in Henan Province are analyzed from the three dimensions of technology,organization and environment,and combined with the value chain theory,the positioning of agricultural enterprises in the supply chain is discussed in depth.[Findings]The digital transformation of agricultural enterprises in Henan province is influenced by many factors such as technology,organization and environment.In the supply chain link,enterprises need to adopt cor-responding digital strategies according to their own positioning to achieve effective transformation.[Con-clusions]Agricultural enterprises in Henan province should actively respond to the national policies,grasp the market demand,strengthen the training of digital talents,improve the technical level,and build a digital supply chain system,so as to promote the implementation of agricultural modernization and ru-ral revitalization strategy.
