摘 要:常规抽油机变频器主要作用是控制电动机转速从而改变抽油机冲次,以满足不同工况下的需求,但只能依靠人工分析操作,不能实现自主调整,因此开展了抽油机井工况智能调节系统研究与现场应用。通过抽油机井冲次自适应和电动机功率随动两项技术,使抽油机能够根据供液能力的变化智能调节冲次,并且在一个冲程内精准改变电动机功率从而控制能耗。累计应用200口井,年节约电费170余万元,实现了抽油机井优化工况、采出速度智能调节的目标。The main function of the conventional pumping unit frequency converter is to control the motor speed and change the pumping unit stroke,which meets the needs of different working conditions.However,it can only rely on manual analysis and operation,which cannot achieve autonomous adjustment.Therefore,the research and on-site application of intelligent adjustment system for pumping unit well working conditions have been carried out.By utilizing the two technologies of adaptive stroke of pumping well and follow-on motor power,the stroke can be intelligently adjusted by pumping unit based on the changes of fluid supply capacity,and the motor power can be precisely changed within one stroke to control energy consumption.It has been applied to 200 wells in total,saving more than 1.7 million yuan in annual electricity costs,and achieving the goal of optimizing the operating conditions of pumping wells and intelligent adjustment of the extraction rate.
