摘  要:结合大庆某采油厂东区3口游梁式抽油机井安装智能永磁拖动装置的试验项目,分析一种抽油机拖动装置及其功能特点。通过一年多的应用,并根据权威机构的节能性测试结果,对其应用进行了经济效益测算,结果显示,综合节能率在20%以上,3口井年节省电费4.02万元,经济效益显著。智能永磁拖动装置通过应用高过载永磁电动机配合智能控制系统,解决了机采电动机普遍存在的能耗高、故障率高、退磁、运行不稳定等问题,是一种新型绿色节能产品,为油田机采拖动设备选取提供了一种新的解决方案。Based on the testing project of installing an intelligent permanent magnet drag device in three beam pumping wells in the eastern area of an oil production in Daqing,the drag device of pumping unit and its functional characteristics are analyzed.Through more than one year's application and according to the energy conservation test results of authoritative organizations,the economic benefit of its application has been calculated.The results show that the comprehensive energy conservation rate is over 20%,and the annual electricity cost of three wells is saved 40200 yuan,which is significant economic benefits.By applying high overload permanent magnet motor and intelligent control system,the intelligent permanent magnet drag device can solve the problems of high energy consumption,high failure rate,demagnetization and unstable operation of mechanical motors,which is a new type of green and energy conservation product and provides a new solution for the selection of oilfield mechanical drag device.
