摘 要:为提高油田原油稳定工艺的处理深度和经济效益,降低工艺综合能耗,选择PR状态方程进行物性模拟,通过HYSYS软件实现仿真建模,分析了不同稳定塔塔底温度、塔顶压力作用下对产品质量、产量流量、工艺总能耗和产品收益的影响,并通过在常规负压闪蒸工艺后端增加二次加热和分离设备,降低了轻烃产品的饱和蒸气压,满足了轻烃外输的要求。模拟结果表明,常规负压闪蒸工艺无法满足轻烃的外输产品要求,微正压闪蒸工艺中的稳定塔塔底温度和塔顶压力应设置限值,改进负压闪蒸工艺与微正压闪蒸工艺相比,以稳定塔温度75℃为经济和节能的分界点,当负压闪蒸稳定塔塔底设计温度小于75℃时,负压闪蒸工艺的总能耗为387~493 kW,每小时产品收益为97.2万元~98.9万元,全面优于微正压闪蒸工艺;当微正压闪蒸工艺的塔底温度大于105℃时,微正压闪蒸的工艺总能耗为463~501 kW,优于负压闪蒸工艺。In order to improve the treatment depth and economic benefits of the oil stabilization process and reduce the comprehensive energy consumption of the process,the PR equation of state is selected to simulate the physical properties.The simulation modeling is carried out by HYSYS software,and the influences of product quality,yield flow,total process energy consumption and product benefits are analyzed under the tower bottom temperature and tower top pressure of different stabilizing.By adding secondary heating and separation equipment at the back end of the conventional negative pressure flash process,the saturated vapor pressure of light hydrocarbon products is reduced,which meets the requirements of external transportation of light hydrocarbon.The simulation results show that even if the process parameters are adjusted,the conventional negative pressure flash process can not meet the requirements of export products of light hydrocarbon.The limit values should be set for the bottom temperature and top pressure of the stabilizing tower in the micro-positive pressure flash process.Com-paring the improved negative pressure flash process with the micro-positive pressure flash evaporation process,taking the stabilizing tower temperature of 75℃as the demarcation point of economy and energy conservation,the total energy consumption of the negative pressure flash is 387~493 kW when the design temperature of the tower bottom for negative pressure flash stabilizing tower is less than 75℃,and the product income is 972000 yuan~989000 yuan per hour,which is comprehensively superior to the micro-positive pressure flash process.When the tower bottom temperature of micro-positive pressure flash process is higher than 105℃,the total energy consumption of micro-positive pressure flash process is 463~501 kW,which is superior to negative pressure flash process.
