摘 要:对油田配电线路整体节能监测中发现,某区块井场配电线路3^(#)、4^(#)线功率因数只有0.7左右,远低于国家标准规定的功率因数应大于0.95的要求,由于功率因数低使得企业电费增加,电能质量下降。通过分析计算,选取了一种适合这2条线路的方法,有效提高了线路的功率因数,满足了国家标准的要求,达到了节能的目的,同时提高了电能质量。经过改造后的线路预计全年可节约电能86.62×10^(4)kWh,响应了国家对企业提出的节能降碳的要求,同时,每年可降低企业运营成本约51.97万元。In the overall energy conservation monitoring of oilfield distribution lines,it is found that the power factor of 3#and 4#of distribution lines in a block well site is only about 0.7,which is far lower than the requirements of the national standard that the power factor should be more than 0.95.Because of the low factor,the electricity costs in enterprise increased and the quality of power decreased.Through the analysis and calculation,the method that is suitable for these two lines is selected,which not only effectively improves the power factor of the line,meets the requirements of the national standard,but achieves the purpose of energy conservation and improves the power quality.After transforming,the line is expected to save 86.62×104 kWh of electric energy throughout the year,which responds to the the national requirements for enterprise to save energy conservation and carbon reduction.At the same time,it can reduce the operating costs of enterprises by about 519700 yuan per year.
