摘 要:为提高掺水系统的用能质量和用能水平,根据流程走向,分析掺水系统的能耗现状和成因,建立了以能量损失率为评价指标的评价方法,推导出压能损失率和热能损失率的计算方法,并基于熵权法和综合影响因子对多参数影响下掺水泵和加热炉的用能水平进行了分析。结果表明:压能损失率与掺水压力呈正比,与掺水泵机组和电动机的综合效率呈反比;热能损失率与加热炉出口温度、热效率及加热炉进出口温差相关;掺水泵机组效率、加热炉热效率分别对掺水泵和加热炉的用能评价影响最大,评价结果与现场实际情况相符。采用多种措施整改后,单个掺水系统每天可节约电费96~280元,燃料气费60~264元。研究结果可为地面集输系统的节能降耗提供实际参考。In order to improve the quality and level of energy consumption for water blending system,the current situation and causes of energy consumption of water blending system are analyzed according to the flow trend.The evaluation method that energy loss rate is as the evaluation index has been established,and the calculation methods of pressure energy loss rate and heat energy loss rate are derived.Based on the entropy weight method and the comprehensive influencing factor,the energy use level of water blending pump and the heating furnace under the influence of multiple parameters is analyzed.The results show that the pressure energy loss ratio is proportional to the water blending pressure,and inversely proportional to the comprehensive efficiency of water blending pump unit and the motor.The heat loss rate is related to the outlet temperature,thermal efficiency and temperature difference of the inlet and outlet of heating furnace.The efficiency of water blending pump unit and the heat efficiency of heating furnace have the greatest influence on the energy use evaluation of the pump and the heating furnace respectively,and the evaluation results are consistent with the actual situation on site.After adopting the modification of a variety of measures,it can save 96 yuan~280 yuan of electricity and 60 yuan~264 yuan of fuel gas per day in single water blending system,which makes the research results be expected to provide practical reference for energy conservation and consumption reduction of surface gathering and transportation system.
