摘　　要：在工程公司总承包业务执行中,施工现场安全管理是工作重点,有效利用安全标语是宣传安全理念和安全管理的重要手段。当前,一些工程公司各总包项目部使用管理安全标语无统一标准,水平参差不齐;现场项目部对施工分包商安全标语管理也缺少统一规划,没有系统管理。开展安全标语标准化工作势在必行,通过公司和项目部两级同时标准化工作联动,相向而行,快速高效建立现场安全标语使用和管理标准,提升公司安全文化整体水平和项目现场安全管理水平。In the execution of general contracting business in engineering companies,safety management on construction sites is the focus of work,and effective use of safety slogans is an important means of promoting safety concepts and safety management.Currently,there is no unified standard for the use and management of various general contracting project departments in some engineering companies,with varying levels of proficiency.The on-site project department also lacks unified planning and systematic management of construction subcontractors.It is imperative to carry out standardization of safety slogans.Through the simultaneous standardization work linkage between the company and the project department,it aims to quickly and efficiently establish standards for the use and management of on-site safety slogans,and improves the overall level of the company's safety culture and project site safety management.
