摘　　要：毕业设计是学生对本科教育中印象最深的环节之一,提高毕业设计质量是培养高素质应用技术型人才的必然措施。文章融合成果导向(OBE)教育理念,介绍了高分子材料与工程专业在教学过程中围绕毕业设计量表和促进就业而开展的提高毕业设计质量的一系列举措,在学生综合能力提升方面取得了一定成效,为新工科背景下应用技术型人才培养提供了新思路。Graduation design is one of the most impressive aspects of undergraduate education for students,and improving the quality of graduation design is an inevitable measure to cultivate high-quality applied technical talents.This paper integrates the outcome-based education(OBE)concept,introduces a series of initiatives to improve the quality of graduation design carried out by the polymer materials and engineering majors in the teaching process around the graduation design scale and the promotion of employment,which has achieved certain results in the enhancement of students'comprehensive ability,and provides new ideas for the cultivation of talents with applied technology in the context of emerging engineering education.
