摘　　要：高等化学动力学课程的思政建设与人才培养模式是高等教育中的一项创新尝试,旨在培养具备科学精神、创新能力及强烈社会责任感的高素质人才。文章通过提出“123456”教学设计模型,突出思维培养与科学素养的核心地位,实现了教育内容与方法的创新。课程强化实验技能训练、鼓励参与科研项目,加强跨学科知识融合,培养学生跨学科解决问题的能力。同时,通过国际视野培育、创新精神和创业能力培养以及职业发展与规划教育,增强学生的国际竞争意识和就业竞争力。该课程不仅涵盖化学动力学的发展历程和科学成就,也包括与生活生产紧密相关的应用及科技前沿探索,有效融入思政教育元素。这种全面的教学设计和实践活动,为高等教育课程思政建设和人才培养提供了宝贵的经验和启示,展现了教育服务于国家发展和社会进步的重要作用。The ideological and political construction and talent cultivation model of the advanced chemical kinetics course is an innovative attempt in higher education,aimed at nurturing high-quality talents with a scientific spirit,innovative abilities and a strong sense of social responsibility.This paper proposes the"123456"teaching design model,emphasizing the core position of thought cultivation and scientific literacy,thereby achieving innovation in educational content and methods.The course strengthens experimental skill training,encourages participation in scientific research projects,enhances interdisciplinary knowledge integration,and cultivates students'ability to solve interdisciplinary problems.Meanwhile,through the cultivation of international perspective,innovative spirit,entrepreneurial skills and career development and planning education,students'international competitiveness and employment competitiveness are enhanced.The course not only covers the development history and scientific achievements of chemical kinetics,but also includes applications closely related to life and production as well as exploration of scientific frontiers,effectively integrating ideological and political education elements.This comprehensive teaching design and practical activity provide valuable experiences and insights for the ideological and political construction and talent cultivation in higher education courses,demonstrating the important role of education in serving national development and social progress.
