摘  要:为降低加油站施工特殊作业风险,基于事故致因“2-4”模型和风险矩阵法构建定量改进JHA风险分析方法。首先,建立危害因素辨识模型,并对加油站施工作业的每个步骤进行危害因素辨识;其次,利用风险矩阵法确定每个步骤的风险度;最后,确定关键步骤并提出控制措施。文章建议在特殊作业前开展JHA风险分析,并结合危害辨识结果针对性地进行隐患排查治理。To reduce the risk of special operations in gas station construction,a quantitative improvement JHA risk analysis method is constructed based on the accident cause "2-4"model and risk matrix method.Firstly,the hazard factor identification model is established,and the hazard factor identification is carried out for each step of the construction operation of the gas station.Then the risk matrix method is used to determine the risk degree of each step,and finally the key steps are determined and the control measures are proposed.It is suggested that JHA risk analysis should be carried out before special operations,and hidden dangers should be investigated and treated according to the results of hazard identification.
