摘  要:直流杂散电流的存在会对埋地金属长输能源管道产生诸多影响,文章基于不同种类的直流杂散电流进行分析介绍,具体分析了直流杂散电流大小对金属埋地长输能源管道腐蚀程度的影响和作用规律,并总结了稳态电流与非稳态电流不同的影响效果和作用规律以及产生的电化学腐蚀行为和区别。在此基础上,分别从金属腐蚀行为和阴极保护系统两方面分析了直流杂散电流对金属埋地长输能源管道材料的作用效果,并对直流杂散电流的形成根源进行了概述和分析,最后总结目前直流电流扰动下金属埋地长输能源管道的腐蚀原因与存在的不足。The existence of DC stray current will have many impacts on buried metal long distance energy pipelines.Based on the analysis of different types of DC stray current,this paper specifically analyzes the influence of DC stray current on the corrosion degree of buried metal long distance energy pipelines and law of function,and summarizes the different effects and law of function of steady-state current and non-steady-state current,as well as the electrochemical corrosion behaviors and differences.On this basis,the effects of DC stray current on metal buried long distance energy pipeline materials are analyzed from the two aspects of metal corrosion behavior and cathodic protection system,and the origin of DC stray current is summarized and analyzed.Finally,the corrosion causes and shortcomings of buried metal long distance energy pipelines under DC current interference are summarized.
