摘　　要：对我国50座水闸失事典型案例进行系统剖析,归纳了水闸失事呈现的主要特征,从超标准洪水、工程老化失修、金属结构和电气设备维修养护不到位、运行管理不当等方面阐述了水闸失事主要成因及影响。在此基础上,提出了严格工程设计与施工质量管理、加快病险水闸除险加固、规范水闸日常维修养护、重视水闸安全监测、加强水闸安全管理制度建设、加强经费保障、强化运行管理监督等对策建议。An in-depth analysis was conducted on 50 typical cases of water gate accidents in China.Features of water gate accidents are summarized.Main causes and impacts of water gate accidents are explained from the aspects of exceeding standard floods,aging and disrepair of engineering structures,inadequate maintenance of metal structures and electrical equipment,and improper operation and management.It is proposed to strict engineering design and control of construction quality,accelerate removal and reinforcement of hazard water gates,standardize daily operation and maintenance,strengthen safety monitoring,establish safety management system,and consolidate financial support,operational management and supervision.
