摘 要:为分析“方厅水院”工程对国家基本水文站金泽站水文监测的影响程度,利用Mike21水动力模型,对不同水情下工程对该站水位、流量和流场的影响进行计算模拟。结果表明:工程实施前后水文站断面水位最大变幅均在2 mm以内,工程对水位观测结果存在一定的影响,但幅度较小;水文站测验断面流速分布发生变化,各水情条件下,流速变幅大于3%的点位占比16%~33%,改变了原有代表流速关系曲线;主流附近的点位流速略有加快,幅度不超过2%,改变了原有的代表流速关系曲线。“方厅水院”工程的实施对金泽水文站的水文监测存在一定程度影响,提出了降低影响程度的补偿措施,以保障水文资料一致性。To analyze the impact of Fangting Water Institute Project on the hydrological monitoring of the national basic Jinze Hydrological Station,the advanced Mike21 hydrodynamic model was used to simulate the impact of the project on water level,flow and velocity field under different flow conditions.The results showed that the maximum variation of the cross-section water level of the hydrological station before and after the implementation of the project was within 2 mm,which had a relatively small impact on the water level observation results.The distribution of flow velocity in the observation section of the hydrological station was changed,among which,the velocity of 16%to 33%of the measuring points changed with a margin larger than 3%.The flow velocity near the mainstream was slightly increased,with an increase of no more than 2%,changing the original representative flow velocity relationship curve.Therefore,the project will have an inevitable impact on the hydrological monitoring of Jinze Hydrological Station,and further compensation measures was proposed to reduce the impact and ensure the consistency of hydrological data.
