摘　　要：为明确水利工程安全生产措施费的内涵、了解其计列和使用特点,研究了水利工程安全生产费用与安全生产措施费的异同,并分别从初步设计前期、初步设计、建设实施阶段,分析了水利工程安全生产措施费不同计取方式的适用范围与优缺点,结合中国社会经济与工程建设发展趋势,对水利工程安全生产措施费的新内涵进行了展望。研究成果可为对加强水利工程安全生产措施费的规范使用与水利工程建设安全生产管理提供参考。In order to clarify the meaning of HSE provision cost of hydraulic engineering and understand its counting and usage characteristics.We systematically introduced the similarities and differences between the safe production cost and the HSE provision cost of hydraulic engineering,and analyzed the applicable scope,advantages and disadvantages of different computing methods for HSE provision cost of hydraulic engineering in the preliminary design and the previous stage and the construction implementation stage.Based on the social and economic development,we illustrated the future direction of HSE provision cost of hydraulic engineering.The research results can provide a reference for strengthening the standardized use of water conservancy project safety production measure fees and strengthening the management of water conservancy project construction safety production.
